Duck fillets, served with 3 colours rice, vegetable julienne and raspberry sauce.
Make your raspberry sauce as you would for a Cranberry sauce (fruits, orange juice but a little  less sugar than for a Cranberry sauce)
As I couldn’t find fresh cranberries in the shop, I used frozen homegrown raspberries instead.  It was a  complet success !
