Un bon carry poulet accompagné de riz, lentilles, rougail tomates et brèdes choux de Chine ( pak choi du jardin).

A dish from the Reunion Island. Quite different from the curry we all know and love but definitely worth a try. It’s served with boiled rice, lentils, and stir fried pak choi.
To make a carry:  onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and thyme and any meat you want, chicken, pork, prawns or tuna.
For the rougail tomates : fresh chopped tomatoes, chopped onion and ginger, hot chili, salt and Pepper.
