Last harvests and Autumn works in the vegetable plot :

C’est bien un muscat et il a très bon goût.

It’ really a muscat grape, and it has a very good taste.

Première récolte de combava à la maison.

First harvest of kaffir citrus at home.

Dernières récoltes de tomates, premières récoltes de betterave rouge et de combava.

Last harvest of tomatoes and first of beetroots and kaffir citrus.

La récolte de piments est bien maigre cette année. Nous n’avions pas choisi un bon emplacement au potager pour les poivrons et piments.

Bad harvest of hot chili peppers this year, they were not in the right place in the vegetable plot.

Michel récolte les dernières tomates avant de couper les plants et d’en pailler le sol.

Last harvest of tomatoes before cutting the plants and mulching the ground with them.

Et des nouvelles des canards. Nous les avons vu pour la dernière fois tous ensembles. Notre amie garde un couple, un couple partira dans un autre maison dans le Finistère et un autre dans les Côtes d’Armor. Ils sont magnifiques, les mâles ont beaucoup changé et portent de très belles couleurs.

News of the Indian running ducks. They were all together but not for long. One couple stay at our friend’s, another will go in a new garden in the Finistere and another one in the Côtes d’Armor. They are gorgeous, the male have change a lot, they wear beautiful colors
